Ok, the game is awesome, all the main mechanics done in only 5 hours is impressive. I know I couldn’t do this in this time, even using a quick-code engine as GDevelop… The game works perfect to me (timescale should be adjusted), the mechanics are awesome, i like the visuals… But, the level is too advanced for a first-time player, and it could be frustrating if not spending time understanding the mechanics. A better level design with progression is needed.

Then, the game has a huge potential to become something bigger (even a mobile game!). Suggestions for the gameplay (others than the usual ones) for some advanced levels: limited number of track structures, limited time, must-pass or avoid points, avoid obstacles in movement (like horses crossing from regular times, for example), etc. There are almost infinite options here. You have done something very interesting to explore ^^

Thank you so much for the thoughtful feedback! Really glad you enjoyed it.

Totally agree, the level design definitely needs smoother progression. I only had time to throw in my test level, so things ended up a bit rushed.

I love your suggestions ! I’ll see what I can do with that for the next jam :)
