thank you for this game. I don't have chronic pain, but I am currently trying to investigate my problems with the menstrual cycle and hormones.
I have also seen doctors that don't listen. When I first started having problems with dizziness, the doctor prescribed me something without looking into the issue. I found out the issue behind it only after hospitalisation with severe dizziness a couple years later.
When I first went to an endocrinologist in December 2023 she made me take the standard tests and said, "I don't see what seems to be the problem." She didn't have the full information, because I wasn't fully honest.
However, I opened up to another doctor in this July and found out, that the tests that might shed some light on the situation aren't available at the state clinic. We have free healthcare, but somehow I still have to pay! And also they don't have an allergist and can't forward me to one, so I have to go to a private clinic for that!
It's especially hard with all the medical trauma I have. I am torn between taking care of my health and avoiding doctors due to fear. I hope all people, who shared stories in the comments, will get better one day.
