I'm not sure what your questions is, if you've unlocked the penis interaction (20k upgrade) you have to choose it by pressing 4 on keyboard (pc) or tapping the penis icon (Android) during the night then tap on mouth, boobs, vag, etc.
I cant seem to get the icon to appear even tho I have the stats and the upgrades to do it on the latest version.(I used cheats to see how the game worked at its best so it might be that but idk)
