One moment you are satisfied, have some tools and medical items for basically anything, and then you fall 50 meters, fracture every bone in your body and bleed out because you accidentally inject yourself with blood thinner, or too much fentanyl (quickly found out myself how fast injections go the hard way). And while your character is going to die regardless of anything you do, you panic because you've built a kind of social bond with them, which is even more painful since you do not immediately get a death screen, but your character actually has to die.
I really hope this game gets more attention (and maybe even a Steam release?).
