Welcome Home seemed to have promise.  Everything was fine, speedrunning, collecting disks, learning the secrets.  Then bam your dead, end of game.  That's not a fair game, unexpectedly overwhelmed and killed.  Worth a replay?  No.

I totally get what you mean — the demon part came out of nowhere. It was actually something I added just a few hours before the Game Jam deadline, so I didn’t get the chance to balance it or add a checkpoint. Starting next week, I’m planning to spend a few days polishing things up: more rooms, more interactions, and a fair checkpoint for that demon encounter. Hopefully, it’ll feel a lot smoother and more fun on a replay!
