The art looks great, and I love the story you came up with. The music fits well, and you have a nice quantity of SFX for everything; polish is important, after all.
The 3rd puzzle felt more difficult than many of the proceeding ones, but after several attempts, I managed to complete it anyway.
Cool idea for a puzzle mechanic; good use of the theme. At times, I felt like a time slow-down would have been nice, but I suppose skill-based action as part of the puzzles can heighten the engagement.
The jump pad was fun, but the swapping of directions was way cooler. It made the game feel more like a programming puzzle.
I have seen a distinction placed between puzzle games like this and "problem-solving " games. Puzzle Solving games have limited solutions (usually one), while Problem Solving has limited constraints (with many possible solutions). I feel this mechanic lends itself well to the latter; personally I tend to prefer problem-solving games anyways.
Very cool submission.
