The "looping" mechanic is completely non-essential, I finished the whole game without it. 

Apart from that, the game looks and sounds pretty good, the character talking to you is pretty fun but why does it start saying random keyboard mashing like "aoyaroryaruouefjwufj" ?

Yeah, the level design is not the best, we had to finish the game one day earlier because we where going on vacation... 😅

For the character talking, do you mean the sound it makes or the actual text that is shown on screen? If its the sound, our idea was to go for a dialogue sound like undertale or animal crossing, thus the sounds it makes being like that. If you mean the actual text, thats a bug that we should look into...
