I have already sent you a message on SubscribeStar. I have bought your game on ITCH 46 days ago (I can give you my email through private messaging). However, when I try to activate the latest version, it asks me which platform I have bought the game on and only shows Patreon, Subscribestar and Boosty. Itch is not among the options, and I cannot activate my game.
How can we solve this problem?
-Paid(Premium) versions on Itch come pre-activated, you don't need to use your email in-game.
-If you haven't managed to download the paid version from Itch before it was delisted, read the below:
Paid versions on Itch are temporarily unavailable due to the recent complications with Payment Processors/Itch.
Paid versions should return in a few days assuming Itch resumes service for adult games.
