Wow this is so cool! I love the mechanic of resetting your turns when spinning the enemy wheel. Also the enemy variety and stuff is very impressive considering the short time we had to make our games. The only real criticism that kind of bothered me was that I often got a little confused which character was which health bar. I got used to it after a while, and I know the enlarge, but it didn't register enough for me. Maybe you could have colour coded those also to match, and also put the active one on top (and any characters stunned or already went to the bottom and greyed out), it's a minor thing, but i think it would help to clarify quickly which character is which, especially since the last person to go takes damage (also which is so cool)! Very good entry, nice work :)
