I have a feeling like most solo developers have no idea how difficult their game is for other players. The developer itself spent much time playing it and is used to the gameplay. I'm not bad at bullet hells (I made one myself) but I would really love there to be a health system. If the game really is getting more difficult over time, a health system with 5-10 lives woudn't change much and would encourage to learn the movement and projectile mechanics a bit

I do agree that it gets complicated very quickly. I did discuss having a health system, instead of a single try, but at the end decided against it, but I do think it would make sense to increase, maybe decrease the complexity curve would make sense as well, will think about it. I want to polish it a bit more and hopefully make it a better game.
