This game is beautiful! The tileset is clean, readable, and refreshingly unobtrusive. The background artwork is stunning—such a captivating blend of sketch and painterly style. I absolutely love it.
The character is adorable! Although I didn't immediately notice the walking animations, considering the time constraints, it's still impressively executed.
I did notice a few missing sound effects—collecting droplets definitely deserves its own satisfying "PLOP!" sound. Same goes for interacting with the cloud—some playful "plops" in varied pitches would add so much charm. And since you've already got voice acting in place, these little touches would bring everything together beautifully.
The concept is solid, and the level design absolutely backs it up. Massive props for that—it’s clearly well thought out.
Now, my biggest concern: the camera. I’m guessing you're using Cinemachine? There are thresholds you can tweak to make the left-right and up-down transitions smoother. For platformers, fluid camera movement is essential to ensure precision—and right now, it's a bit tricky with the camera reacting to even the smallest movement inputs. Personally, I found holding F the most stable way to play. 😅
All in all, this is an incredible idea with loads of potential! A few small improvements could really elevate the experience.
