A lot of the things you mentioned were actually stuff I really wanted to do too. Like the lack of a tutorial. I was planning to add an intro animation to explain the gameplay, but yeah… poor time management got me in the end. I also had big dreams of making the combat more action-y. I even set up hitboxes for all the characters, but again… time said no. That said, I do plan to keep working on this game, and your points are definitely on my to-do list for the next version.
