Yeah, sorry about that. I forgot to embed the .pck file in the original .exe file (you need both files to run the game) so I've created a page to download the .pck file here: https://jakers05.itch.io/outland-forest-pck-download. Download the file into the same folder as the executable and the game should now be playable (hopefully!). I'd appreciate it if you could give my game another shot! Sorry for the inconvenience!
