Yes, we should’ve added an extra dialogue box so that after the duck, the player would understand they need to continue the cycle and that the story is only approaching its resolution. At this point, not everyone picked up on that.

Whether you win or lose as the duck, you’ll return to the worm — but after completing the worm segment, a different story awaits you.

Thanks for the clarification, I kind of guessed it because that second time you start from the carcass of the duck, but since I didn't manage to win, I didn't know if there was another branch.

That’s our issue — there were so many details we wanted to show, and until the very end we didn’t want to use any text in the game. We aimed to convey everything through visuals and symbols. But as it turns out, not all players are willing to engage that deeply with the process, and sometimes it’s just easier to explain things with words :)
