i concur with my brain hurting. i was very confused with the small loops being called loops but it makes sense once you realise they can be the result of big loops i guess?

yeah, the terminology in the game was certainly not great. i was kind of in a catch 22 trying to keep the naming consistent with the recursion/fractal idea, while also not making descriptions super complicated, while also trying (and failing) to decrease the walls of text.
