About the game engine, I'm creating MonoDreams on top of MonoGame, exactly to make it easier to use a code-first engine. Hopefully, in a couple of years, it will be much faster to get started with MonoGame using MonoDreams.
There is a memory leak in the game I hadn't noticed until the deadline was over, but you can always close and restart the game :P
