I'm happy that you liked it! Maybe I'll decide to develop it further into a complete game 👀

I'm a coding addict, so I couldn't help myself haha, but I wish there were more complete frameworks. That's the reason I decided to not only make my engine but make it opensource as well. Hopefully, in a couple of years, it will be mature enough to help others, too!

Hehe, this could be a map builder-like tool indeed! Glad you liked it!

I just validated: it only renders properly at a 1920x1080 resolution. In my case, I use a 4k monitor 3840x2160, but with 200% screen scaling, resulting in virtually 1920x1080. So the game currently only works on 4k resolution with 200% scaling or FullHD with 100% scaling.

Thanks! Glad you liked it!

Indeed! A curve changing route/shape in your game would be a cool mechanic!

Sorry for that. The game wasn't properly setup for different resolutions and I couldn't fix it on time for the deadline.

Thanks! Glad you liked it!

Creative take on the theme! The game started freezing by the end of the trip, but I did manage to get back to London!

Thanks for the feedback! I couldn't make many levels in time, but then I added Platinum for some challenge :) Glad you liked it!

Nice art and racing setup! I think it would be even funnier if the car was a bit faster and maybe turning faster, but also harder to do it precisely, so it gets an even more playful atmosphere. Congrats!

Great idea! It would be cool to have a progression instead of doing everything in one go. Nonetheless, congrats on the game!

Oh, this is a hidden gem! Super immersive, and I loved that you made me grab my notepad to take notes. Congrats!

Wow! Great game! The idea is super creative, and the atmosphere is really well built! And I loved the care with sound design as well. Congrats on making this great game in such a small timespan!

Really cool to see a text-based game! I find the controls hard, but maybe that's intentional. It's cute! Congrats!

I liked the whole setting, and the controls are very creative. But it was too hard for me to progress :(

Satisfying toy game! It's kinda addicting and it would be even more if there were more and more stuff to buy progressively

Great game! Puzzles used the mechanics so well! Was a real challenge and I felt accomplished beating the game :) Congrats!

Thank you! I'm happy that you enjoyed it!

10/10. This is by far the most creative take on the theme I've seen so far, and the execution is perfect! Atmospheric, simple, and cute! Congrats, this is a great game!

I've had quite a good time playing this! I think it would be cool to see even more strategic implications from the infinite loop path the NPCs walk on. Congrats on the game!

Loved this setup! It gives that overcooked vibes of you screaming at your team mates.

That's a creative take on the theme! Clever yet simple idea. It's cool that mechanics are increasingly adding complexity (the square obstacles and red lines). It would be interesting to see more levels exploring these.

Creative idea! I found the mechanics confusing; maybe a tutorial first would make for a more progressive learning curve. But I liked where this recalling idea was going. It would be interesting to see this explored in a future game.

Nice take on looping the snake over the board! I just think that your body could be a little more fragile, or enemies' attacks were stronger, to increase the strategy aspect. Anyway, congrats on the game!

Atmospheric and beautiful art! Changing the color palette after each sleep and revealing some mysteries is really cool!

Very creative! I wish controls were a little bit snappier but that may be just me being bad at platforming :P Also, loved the dog!!

Congrats on the game! I loved the concept (I thought of something similar but racing tracks instead of rollercoasters), and the game is fairly complex to be built in the span of the jam, quite a feat! The controls did get in the way sometimes, but even so, a great game!

Lovely! The physics is quite fun! Would be cool to see citizens walking around too!

This game is fantastic. The idea of dying and resetting in a loop is a commonplace that easily leads to boring games, but by forcing the player to act only in a few seconds, and the use of echos as a teleportation mechanic gives it a totally refreshing spin! I agree with other comments that it should be easier to interact with stuff, but nonetheless, congrats on the game!

The puzzles are challenging and controls snappy! Congrats on the game!

A year later, and just now I read your reply haha. Don't worry! We both have non-existent pay grades :P

Just that worked. Though clicking the game didn't do anything, and then I executed it via Windows Powershell (`cd` into the directory and `./MazeLoop`), and it worked.

Very creative! A mobile version would be awesome!

Thanks for the review! ❤️ I'm glad that you enjoyed it!

I loved the minimalist art style! Nice puzzles! Would love to see where this would go with more time for creative pieces that allow for more possible solutions and some head-scratching levels!

Nice take on the theme! Simple and engaging, beautiful artwork!

Clever idea!! Dark but clever.

Interesting idea! It would be cool to also see more puzzle mechanics explored while you get a bigger timer. Congrats on the game!
