I remembered this game a couple days ago and was super hyped to play it — but now I’m not so sure. Paying monthly just for an update? lol. Honestly, just raise the base price and let me update it without dropping 8 bucks every month for barely any content. :p

The development budget of Pure Onyx is 1% that of most EA titles and is entirely crowdfunded.  The development builds are a reward for your support.    

you sure don't need to buy them every monthy, just pick one up every six months or whatever.
