This honestly does feel like a top-down-shooter with projectiles travel in curve. I though the shielded enemies could only be hit from behind, that would have give more meaning to the game core mechanic. And I don't see how the use upscaler is being necessary.

But the game looks very well polished, Really nice sfx and music. The visuals are nice and clear. The controls are simple, easy to play. I could finish the game first try.

Hitting enemies from behind was way too annoying from my testing which is why I decided on charge attacks for breaking the shield instead. 

I wanted to play around with the pixel upscaler more because I find the effect very cool, though this is probably not its best usecase.
