Really nice style and I loved the arcade feel of the visuals + audio! Overall a really nice constructed classic game style.
I loved the variations---in the enemies and the player's weapons. In addition, the map is really well built and has a lot of well constructed rooms.
One small suggestion is to probably change where the player starts at---because if I keep going right, I get to the final room much faster than original. However, it is still nice since both ways provided a decent challenge. I ended up beating the game and went back for another run to go the upper way haha.
