I really like the music, the visuals. Your style is just amazing! But I want to say a little about some changes that I didn't really like.
The first is the text. Yes, it is convenient, but the text that was before it was very beautiful and suitable. You could take some other style of text that would be suitable and readable if the previous one did not suit someone.
The second is animals. I was a little surprised when I saw that the cat, fox and hare were drawn on paper and it was just inserted. I'm not saying it's bad, but when the real animals were drawn, it was really cute and beautiful. And I was also surprised when there wasn't a drawing of Fern's golden thing.
Third, it's a day-break. After that, there's a text about the house and Eli, but if you're with Fern, the picture with the kiss (or just with Fern) stays. I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to be or not, but it just feels a little strange. If this is supposed to be the case, let me know, I'd be happy to see the answer.^^
Please don't think I don't like your game! I love it! That forest atmosphere... I was really drawn in and I literally wanted to be there when I first played. And I still want to be there now. I just wanted to express my opinion. Also this is my first comment on itch.io and I usually don't write comments anywhere, but here I couldn't resist. Thank you for such a great game and for your efforts! 💋
