Truly gorgeous, although the aesthetic is more Golden Age of Disney (and amazing!) than what I'd associated with Appendix N. (We need a fairy tale RPG jam sometime soon.) The layout is top-notch as well.
I'm not quite sure I understand a statue that speaks in riddles and wants to also play Liar's Dice. That feels like it's doing more things than I can get my head around.
And a grand piano mimic is a great visual. So easy to see it chomping down on a player character sitting down to play.
I like that the NPCs have lives/unlives of their own, like the ghosts playing a game of Charades.
This is really great stuff.
