I'm thinking of doing an adventure location on the river!

I really like your spin on the inspirations. We both had Bart Simpson Meets Radioactive Man, it was neat reading about the inspiration you took from it and how it differed from mine. Totally tubular submission! Awesome to see the Turtles references!

It's definitely a little bare bones, tried to get in what I could, I appreciate the kind words.

This is a true zine, really bold style that plays well with the theme of the jam! Honestly really cool that you went analogue, this kind of reminds me of reading early Nintendo Power magazines, great work!!

Impressive formatting, lots of information but I don't feel overwhelmed. I really like the setting, you did some great stuff with 3 very different game inspirations!

The vibes here are immaculate!! The cover and maps ooze NES goodness, great adventure site!!

Thanks for the kinds words!!

thanks for the kind words!! After reading other's submissions I definitely see lots of room for improvement with my writing and adventure set-up, appreciate the feedback!

thanks for the kind words!

You really did this title justice with such a cool adventure premise! Also  this format for a zine is very clean cut and simple to digest, great work!!

I really like the simplicity of the map, it's very clear as is your layout. You've done a great job keeping crew and room descriptions concise but flavourful, there is a lot here to help push that eerie space vibe!!

thanks for the kind words!! It was a lot of fun combining the illustration & text, mood and tone were big factors when making the adventure

thanks for the kind words!!

thanks! It was certainly difficult to add in mood/ ambience within the page constraints, I'm glad at least a bit of that trickled through!

wow you've got some great titling skills! Celadon Knife and The Orchard of the Owlfather are probably my favourite titles, both were very evocative!!

Really cool setting and lore for this adventure! I really like the cohesive feel of the artwork paired with the different plant monsters. It's giving unsettling forest vibes, well done!

Thanks, I was drawing on some Mary Blair influences, Rolly Crump is a new name to me, I will have to check him out.  And yes, I definitely didn't run out of time and forget to put in Gileroy's portrait . . .  I do like the idea that he's invisible though ;)

Great layout for finding information! The premise is really neat and the writing is very direct and atmospheric. (Really like the clock images as an indication of timed events!!)

Really digging the gritty handmade zine vibes, the cover reminds me of an arcade game!  The set-up + lore are really compelling, very invested in the Solomanari. P.S  that map is rad as heck!!

thanks! hope your friends enjoy the adventure!

The premise and and rooms have a great weird fiction vibe! I think you did a wonderful job creating the cover for such an awesome title.

Thanks for the feedback! Totally agree, I think I tried to put too much into some of the rooms and probably needed to scale back like with the statue. And yes, there definitely needs to be a fairy tale RPG jam, that would be so good!

So glad you you like it! I'm very new to making game stuff so the treasure might have too much in hindsight haha, thanks!

Thanks for the kind words!!

The layout here is so good! The npc's and the encounters make this seem like it is going to be a lot of fun to play!!

Very cool module. The map and layout definitely make this feel like its a product of the 70's, awesome work!

Super cool map, love the simplicity. Writing is very evocative with lots of lore within the writing, well done!!

Such a cool concept with the Jade Jaguar blade. Equally impressive is how you integrated the art and used colour in the layout, great vibes!!

The layout is seriously amazing, so much information, yet so concise. Loving the illustration style, a nice mix between illuminated manuscript, block-printing and classic 2d video game art. It's  incredible that you fit so much in just four pages!!

Great layout and seriously cool map! The map detailing is so good for showing what the rooms look like, well done!!

Great cover and map, whole module fits the appendix N vibe really well!

thanks! I was fiddling with the layout constantly trying to make it more readable, glad that came across!!

thanks!!

Thanks for the kind words, I always like shoes as a magic item. I wanted to try for something other than the typical sneaky shoes item.

Thanks! Glad you liked the NPC's, I had a lot of fun coming up with them.

thanks! Glad to hear the haunted mansion vibe came through,I  had a lot of fun playing around with the layout.

Really cool spin on the title. The layout is clean and the cover is very evocative! (great map!!)

Great use of the cover as the map!

This was one of my favourite titles, really liking what you did with it!! The hand-drawn art looks amazing, cover is top notch!!

Very cool concept, I'm here to say the art is awesome, absolutely adore the Salt Golem!
