Hi,

I'm afraid that bug is Godot engine specific, it doesn't like too fast and too many inputs at one time.

Doing the above leads to those funny situations where one tape stays on the screen. The solution is quite easy - if you did it in game (not in main menu) simply click save/load again for the tape to go away, or even better solution - slow down with the inputs!
