I noticed that the notice on the pages of the removed NSFW games has been updated. Maybe they’ve completed the audit and reached a final decision.

(Before) This game's files have been suspended by an itch.io administrator.
(After) This page has been blocked by an itch.io administrator for violating the site's content policy.

The new wording makes it sound as if the creators were deceiving Itch.io and illegally smuggling drugs. I think it would be more appropriate to frame it as a "payment processor’s policy", or if that’s not preferable, at the very least present it as a "NEW" content policy.

I don't like this new wording. It does sound like I was breaking a rule on purpose which wasn't the case when I put the games up years ago. I clearly wrote down about any sensitive/triggering content in the descriptions and the tags "nsfw" and "rape"/”non-con” were clear enough.
