So sorry about that, can you try unziipping to your desktop and make sure the folder structure is desktop/horror games to play in the dark/horror games to play in the dark.exe?
It might be Windows Defender blocking the games from being started. Add them as exclusions in the settings, or launch each game individually and click on "Run Anyway" after the pop up. Then it should work from there.
