There should be a download link with the purchase confirmation e-mail. Otherwise, if you still have any trouble, you can contact support@itch.io and you should be able to get another download link.
Actually I just get a bill from the paypal, the download link is in it? Or other email? I have sent a message to itch, but I haven't got a reply yet
