Hello. Sounds like you are playing an unofficial Android build not made by us, on the BETA version. This bug was never present in the official Android build.
If you truly are playing the latest version (v0.07a, as can be seen on the title screen) and on an official build, then this would be a new bug you should report on the Discord in the #help-and-bug-report channel.
