I had similar problems but I just went out of full screen mode while attaching the eye to the grabber to make it easier for me
ya,I went back to day 19 to see if it was fixed. It's better but only when I'm using a mouse for better accuracy to hit the potions. If I'm doing touch screen mode then ya, I miss the potions multiple times with the grabber or even hit the one above or beside the potion I need. (mostly the middle shelves)
