I love the fact that the Itch. Io version it's getting updates, but the Google Play version isn't getting any... Anyways, good job!

it's beta updates, google play has updates, you need to join the beta to access them however

How do I join the v8 beta?

iOS: Join the TestFlight and install it with the TestFlight app.,
Android: Press the button to join the beta on Mindustry's app store page.,
Steam: Right-click Mindustry in your library, select Properties -> Betas and select the v8 beta branch in the drop-down menu.,
Other platforms (itch): Download the beta files instead of the standard release files.,
