I have the Patreon version, and I cannot figure out how to get out of the residential district? Or how to access some of the stuff beyond the main story and what is available for Calliach? Ive read comments that seem like they are addressing content I cant figure out how to get to...

For example, in the gallery, I see a hidden pinup with a hint that says: "Bathroom next to the bar downstairs." Initially, I thought this meant Calliach's bar, which you can access via any of the related vending machines. When in that bar, there are two WC (water closets) or bathrooms, one on either side of the bar, but I cannot enter these.
Also, I am unable to find "The Glowing Hole" which I assume is another bar?
Furthermore, I have yet to encounter the following characters: "Nova," "Rosie," or "Klaudia."
I am unable to find the "Afterglow bar."
After finding the broken Android that needed a new battery, upon finding and delivering the new battery, I have not encountered or figured out how to progress the Android quest line.
