Maybe different facial expressions, like discomfort with a big belly, excited to see where you take the game. It would also be cool to see birth scenes, not required tho ik it's a bit wierd.
New expressions would make it much more lifelike! They wouldn't be too hard to implement if I were to make it into a proper game some day.
