Thanks for asking! If my petition for larger upload space goes through, then yes—future updates should be just one file, without needing to split them into compressed parts.
As for the recent Mastercard/Visa situation, I still plan to continue updating the game. That said, I might hold off on pushing major updates for the next 1 or 2 months, just to be on the safe side while things settle.
