Most likely a corrupt download, make sure you download the game from the games homepage using the "download now" button and then use 7zip to extract the full structure of the game.
you dont need 7zip anymore windows 11 supports em natively
Nice, but i'd still recommend 7zip over winrar and the like anyday. Lol
