When I bought a card after reaching 24/24 cards, it showed that I only had 15/24 for that round in my deck.

I’ve seen the same thing. I think it happens after the player visits the breakroom, when I inspected my deck after noticing this, it showed the breakroom cards instead of my usual deck.
