Very insightful read! Not the usual "scope small" things that I've heard a hundred times. And as the 1:th placer 2023 I agree that even if a first place drives a lot of traffic, you'll have to put in a bunch of work to capitalise on that (which I didn't cause I was lazy). Jams won't offer you a free ticket to stardom sadly.
