Assuming you're asking for Postal X, it would break rule 3 and 6 and I'm not sure about 5 (does it use any asset ripped from any of the Postal games or is it all original?)

No, I'm talking about another project, it's also related to the Postal, but I haven't posted it anywhere yet.
Point 3: I can make it exclusive to PlayStation Vita.
Point 5: Running With Scissors allows you to use their resources (textures, models, animations) and I use them, because this is a project created on the Unity engine.
Point 6: as I wrote earlier, the project was not published anywhere, I started working on the project in early June. I will be grateful for the answer.
