This is a cute little game with very charming pixel art and characters/dialogue! I'll say your how to play text did help but an in-game tutorial is a necessity if you continue work on this game. Another thing I'd say it would be nice to know whether the flood or the storm is coming first, another thing that might be discoverable through the dialogue. I had to play through it a couple times to get the order down. Still you have a great base here for adding more levels and puzzle types, great work!
