Right now it's just delisted, so it's still hosted here you just can't find it in a search. They're supposed to audit games and relist them if they meet their guidelines for adult content. I do, so hopefully they'll do that soon.
There may be further crackdowns on adult content or even just LGBT+ games in general, but for now we should be safe. If you're so inclined, I'd suggest following me on either Bluesky or Patreon (there's a free follow option) for updates in case I do get kicked off Itch.
