The Fair Access to Banking Act is a bill with neutral language that addresses a nonpartisan issue. The same language that protects """nazis""" also protects everyone else. That's about as good as you can ask for.
That "neutral" language is a copy paste of all the other dozens of times they tried to shred the right of people to not do business with white supremacists (which as you may know, in freedum land aren't illegal).
