Let's trade feedback! I submitted a project too.

First impression: Nice challenging mini-game! I could see this thriving in the PICO-8 community! And for some the retro handheld platforms.

Gameplay: Good game overall. The jumping could be a bit more forgiving. I have to hit the platforms pixel perfect at times. Great tutorial in the beginning that shows both controls and we have to use our power to even start the main levels. Two-birds, one stone approach.

Jump Edit Recc.: The jump and movement of the character need some floatiness added, a bit too precise at times. What makes it harder is the jump seems to take up more energy than is sensible. Add a difference in energy taken based on how the jump button is used. For example a quick small press of the jump button should result in a small jump. A long holding down then release of the jump button should result in a higher jump. Right now it seems all jumps take the same amount of energy no matter what----leaving me feeling cheated of energy when small jump have same cost as high jumps.

Art Style: Good PIC0-8 style. You can easily expand this to other biomes, adding hazards and level types. You game reminds me of Ebb and Obb, a co-op game. I wonder if you could expand this to a two-player version where you share or trade energy. Lots of potential here.
