Hi @Sam! Yes, you can export individual sprites as single-frames, using the "All Anims as Frames" button. If you instead mean you want export just items only or export a blank character body, I can simply email you a blank character version. What do you think?

How can I use this to make a top-down city builder? Do you take commissions for genre-specific additions? 

I like the top-down pixel perspective & art style, just as a city builder where you build the town, forest, place objects & more. Any recommendation for sandbox builder template but 2D and top-down like what you have here?
