also while i'm at it, i skipped cassie's route in the desert but i'd like to get the weapons you can give to the slaves, is there anywhere i can buy them?

Did you go to the all-knowing Hobo? You can use the fan-made wiki to help you.
Note: you will have to give the all knowing Hobo good food, ex: A Golden Apple, or Tasty Soup.
