You have to finish the orc war quest and have like -80 respect or something in his camp. I think there's also something with the cthulu guy making you have a dream with him too.
your right there is one with him, but that scene is a little unique lol. it changes depending on your like with certain enemies and stuff. from what I remember it was lizardmen, werewolves and orcs.
