Shadowlobandi made a guide, its still quite confusing in 0.3.3 and will be easier to get in 1.0.0 soon, which i've made great progress on.
Here is his guide for the current version:
Nice Ending (Ending 69): Go LLRR in the forest and grab the glasses there, then flip switches across the map in the order of Beach, Mountain, Drip City, and Town. Then go and touch grass exactly 13 times and you will find a Device, place it in the field, go to the Ice Cream Lab, and go to the new opening (yes i question this decision too) then go back to the Weird Shack and grab the new note, then place the device on the cube you found.
