Take a look at your log file and see what the error says, it's probably a mod conflict. Try removing/disabling the mod referenced in the error. You may need to do this a few times since it will stop on the first mod conflict.
Ethanol Plant (modhub), Nh3 Anhydrous Add-on Pack (itch) and the Propane Corn Dryer (itch) mods will conflict with the ones already on the map since they use the same fillType.
