Unfortunately we can’t. Patreon has been cracked down upon many times already (for the same reasons as Itch and Steam are now under fire) and they are constantly removing games and creators because of violations to their TOS in the NSFW department.
Our game would not be received well in that platform and we would probably be facing this situation again very fast.
