Do you mean the unlocks? There were some larger changes to the save files from version 0.3 so loading in old saves got a bit messy. I've started making patches for saves going forward so progress shouldn't be reset from now on.
May I ask if you can provide some strategies? There are some CG animations that I don't know how to unlock.
