You don't need to, since it's renpy you just have to click on the exe, but it's possible that the computer flags it as a false positive, what anti virus are you using?
Yeah, every other renpy game (e.x. Cryptid Crush) isnt working either... But after i tried the game on the other pc account, it worked. It means there is something on my main profile messing up w/ renpy games. Soooo its not an in-game bug :P
