What they are after is games that contain porn that has women in them. Mostly games that has rape or incest, but likely more included because they want all games with women gone.

is that really how it started? i thaught its was just payment provider suddenly making pressure on Itch and Valve so they respect their term of use. If it as indeed started from a feminist group well then idk what to say sometime i just dont get it are they sure its still feminist or they just trying to impose their own opinion on everyone. I can deffinitely undertstand why they are against incest and rape, but ALL adult game featuring woman?? are they sure their talking in the name of every woman? because im not, but im also not a woman so i cant know for sure. xD
The group is called Collective Shout, and the worst part is they don't only stop at "all adult game featuring women", they're also known to have pitted against the sales of GTAV and Detroit Become Human, the former for obvious reasons and the latter is for apparently depiction of child abuse (them seemingly not being able to differentiate between raising awareness and glorifying something)
Collective Shout isn't actually a feminist organisation, it's backed by evangelical christian groups. The feminism is just being used as a cover. It doesn't take a lot of digging to find the generally anti-feminist underpinnings and supporters. They're just trying to leverage latent Gamergate fury as a smokescreen.
